The Wish Fulfilling Memorial Shrine was completed at the top of the hill in 1997 to house stupas of loved ones.  The colorful story of Shakyamuni Buddha adorns the walls as well as 35 Confession Buddhas and 21 Taras.  The Wish Fulfilling Temple has hosted a number of ceremonies and the free TCM clinic.
