HOW TO PREPAREFind a comfortable space at home where you won’t be disturbed. You may prefer a cozy chair or perhaps a meditation cushion. Either is fine. The meditation leader, Ven. Amy, will give a brief explanation on how to adjust your mental and physical posture. Then we will start with concentration meditation for the first half of the period. This will be followed by a short break to stretch our legs and make any needed adjustments. The second half of the hour will be guided meditation analyzing various topics of Buddhist philosophy – this helps us deepen our understanding of Buddhist teachings and how best to apply those teachings to enhance our everyday life.
HOW TO JOINThis will be hosted In-Person in the Main Gompa and online via Facebook live.
